Where does your body end and the outside world begin?

Where does your body end and the vast outside world begin? Can we play with these boundaries? Allow yourself to be carried away on a journey of discovery between what is 'inside' and what is 'outside.' A musical and physical experience that introduces you to one of the senses that perceives internal stimuli—proprioception—through deep pressure applied across the entire body.

Guided by singers, as a visitor you will wear a suit over your clothes. The air is slowly and carefully sucked out of the suit, creating deep pressure on the body. The activated proprioception provides you with information about your muscle tension, posture, and the boundaries of your body.

Weighted blankets and pressure vests

For Inside Out, the creators were inspired by therapies for overstimulation, where weighted blankets or pressure vests are used to help people feel their bodies better. In search of an ultimate and poetic deep pressure experience. A performance for everyone who wants to surrender to a unique and intimate shared experience that plays with the awareness of the boundaries of one's own body and the space around it.
